Greenchoice

In 2016, eRisk Group developed in close cooperation with energy retailer Greenchoice, a new concept for its market strategy and worked on the quantification of new business cases based upon the strategy. This included joint workshops with the board of management and administrative board. 

From February to May 2019, eRisk Group in close cooperation with Greenchoice staff, reviewed and evaluated its market strategy to identify key strategic issues and updated the business plan 2020 - 2023. This included joint workshops with key employees and the management.
